Wellness is not a one stop shop. As a holistic counsellor I will do my best to support you with a variety of techniques and modalities, but the work doesn't stop when you leave my space. Finding practitioners you can trust can be a stressful, confusing or challenging task at times. That is why I am offering recommendations for practitioners I have worked with personally.
