Rooted: A One-Day Women's Retreat
Sunday, May 18
9am-4pm
Take a day for yourself—to slow down, reconnect, and ground into what really matters. Rooted is a one-day retreat designed for women looking to deepen their connection with self, nature, and each other in a supportive, down-to-earth environment.
Led by Candice Mangione, Certified Canadian Counsellor, the day offers a mix of reflection, conversation, and restorative practices. You’ll experience guided meditation, sound healing, and practical tools for self-care and emotional regulation—skills you can take with you into daily life.
We’ll gather in circle to explore personal dreams, name what’s calling you forward, and set meaningful intentions supported by community. There’s space to be quiet, space to share, and space to simply breathe.
Set in a natural, peaceful location, the retreat closes with a wood-fired sauna—an invitation to release, relax, and integrate the day’s experience.
